Training a Woman from Mali (2021)

(This photo is not Esther.  It is another woman who attended training in west Africa.)

I am Esther Kodjo, I came from Mali to participate in the women's training in Bassam in Ivory Coast.

I appreciated the way of teaching with TEN manuals.  Putting people in small discussions groups is something new that I intend to apply in my teachings.

The chapter on women's identity was a liberation for me who thought that I should always remain in the shadows as an unimportant person, especially since I don't have an academic background. I realized that my value is not tied to these things. God created me in his image and I have value in his eyes.

I do thank TEN, and our training moms (trainers).
