Pastor Paul Rakoto
AFRICAN DIRECTOR
Paul Rakoto has been serving as the Africa Director of TEN since 2018. After studying economics in Madagascar and theology in France, he served as the Director of the Biblical Baptist Seminary of Madagascar for 24 years and held the position of senior Pastor of a church in Antsirabe, Madagascar. Ever since starting his ministry for Christ in 1986, his conviction and commitment has been to train grassroot pastors and to see churches reach maturity. Working with TEN has enabled him to further pursue his commitment to the Church and its leaders. -
Pastor Daniel Kambou
AFRICAN LEADERSHIP TEAM & TRAINING MANAGER
Daniel Kambou has been working with TEN-RTF since 2006. He wrote the training manual on discipleship and has been coordinating training-related activities since 2014. Since 1975 he has been serving the Lord in the Evangelical Protestant Church of Burkina Faso. Sent as a missionary in Ivory Coast, he is among the founders of the Hebron Pastoral Institute founded by the churches related to WEC mission. He has lead this institute for more than 10 years, where he initiated the discipleship course that he teaches at the grassroots level as well as at the university level. -
Pastor Christophe Hadama
AFRICAN LEADERSHIP TEAM & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Christophe Hadama holds the position of Communication Manager in the African leadership team of TEN. He is a pastor of the Union of Evangelical Churches in Cameroon. After his theological studies in Chad and CAR, he worked as Director of Studies at the Shalom Evangelical Theological College in Chad and then as Administrator of the University Institute of International Development in Cameroon. Since 2008 he has been a trainer with TEN RTF and in 2012 he became National Coordinator for Cameroon. TEN is now giving him the opportunity to serve pastors at the grassroots level after 20 years in higher education. -
Fianarana Rampanjato
AFRICAN LEADERSHIP TEAM & FINANCES
Since April 2018, Fianarana Rampanjato has been working with the African Leadership team as Administrative and Financial Manager at TEN-RTF. After university studies in Business Administration, he pursued theological studies at FATEB (CAR) and Africa International University (Kenya). Prior to joining TEN-RTF, he worked as the Director General of the Hôpital de la Bonne Nouvelle, Mandritsara, Madagascar. Fianarana believes that the training of church leaders is fundamental to Christian discipleship for the building of the body of Christ. Serving with TEN-RTF has allowed him to contribute to the realization of this vision.

Mariette Ngrem
COORDINATOR OF WOMEN’S TRAINING
Mariette Ngrem, wife of Christophe HADAMA, is the coordinator of women’s training in TEN-RTF. She studied theology at the ESTES (Ecole supérieure de Théologie Evangélique Shalom) in Chad and at the FATEB (Faculté de Théologie Evangélique de Bangui) in Central Africa. She has taught and continues to teach some courses in some theological schools. She has also been the coordinator of the National Committee of the Women’s Department of her church. Having known the ministry of TEN-RTF from its inception and seen the work it was doing among women, she realized that the vision of TEN met the need of women leaders in her church and also in other churches. The work with TEN allows her to better equip women leaders in the churches and the interest of women leaders in the trainings are an encouragement to continue the work. -
Charles Amedjikpo
REGIONAL COORDINATOR - WEST AFRICA
Charles Amedjikpo has been working with TEN-RTF since 2010 first as a volunteer and then from July 2011 until 2012 as national coordinator of Togo and since 2013, he has held the position of regional coordinator of TEN-RTF West Africa. After completing his masters degree in Animal Biology in 2000, Charles has been trained in theology and became involved in teaching and leadership of the churches he planted and others entrusted to him. His contact with TEN in 2005 allowed him and his wife to become actively involved especially in the training of grassroots pastors and their wives through the Bible Institute that he directed for 6 years. TEN-RTF also offers them the opportunity to help pastors; couples to develop more Christian maturity and to live a life of faithful disciples in their family commitment. -
Isaac D, Agolom
REGIONAL COORDINATOR - CENTRAL AFRICA
Pastor Isaac D, Agolom has been TEN's regional coordinator for the Central African region for the past 8 years. He was trained at the Slalom Evangelical Theology School in N'Djamena and at the Evangelical Theology Faculty in Bangui and has worked as a teacher at the Baktchoro Bible School in southern Chad for 11 years, secretary of the ACT Bible Schools for 4 years, general secretary of the national committee of the Christian Assemblies in Chad for 8 years, pastor counselor at the Christian Assembly "La Bonne Nouvelle" in N'Djamena for 16 years. He says: "It is with joy that I work with the TEN team because it confirms the call that the Lord addressed to me from the beginning of my training. -
Henikaja Raminosoa
REGIONAL COORDINATOR - EAST AFRICA & INDIAN OCEAN REGION
Henikaja Raminosoa has been the regional coordinator of TEN-RTF for the East Africa and Indian Ocean Region since 2019. After studying Physics-Chemistry and Applied Mathematics, he felt the call of the Lord for the teaching ministry and followed theological studies at the Biblical Baptist Seminary of Madagascar. He is currently director of the Biblical Baptist Regional School, a decentralized theological training in several regions of Madagascar. He considers it a great privilege to work with TEN-RTF for the training of grassroots pastors. -
Donald Mbangi Makasi
REGIONAL COORDINATOR - DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO
Donald Mbangi Makasi is the Regional Coordinator of TEN-RTF Congo. He joined the ministry in September 2012. After his university studies in missiology in Kinshasa, he worked successively as an assistant in the same institution and Director of the mission school since 2007. His responsibility was to supervise the pastors of the base, who did not receive biblical training or did not have opportunities to go to a theological institution. The ministry of TEN-RTF has helped to pursue and achieve his goals. As a pastor and member of the Assemblies of God in the Congo, TEN's work builds the capacity of teammates in the ministry.

Andy Barrett-Bettcher
Andrew joined the board in 2022. He received saving grace from Jesus Christ at a young age and was blessed with a godly Christian upbringing. He has participated in many local church ministries and outreach, as well as short-term mission work in both Brazil and Slovakia. He has been married to his wife Roberta for 28 years and they have four children. He holds Master’s in Business and a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering. His career has been in aviation, healthcare and retail. He teaches part-time at Bethel University in St. Paul, MN. A scripture that guides him daily is Romans 12:12 - “Be Joyful in Hope, Patient in Affliction, Constant in Prayer.”

Alec D. Brooks
Alec makes his home in Fergus Falls, MN, with his wife Joanie of 59 years. He previously served as president of Bethany Fellowship, Senior Pastor of Bethany Missionary Church, and as an instructor at Bethany College of Missions. Since 1995 he has served as president of Charis International, Fergus Falls, MN, the purpose of which is to raise support for and awareness of Christian agencies serving poor and suffering people around the world.

Jesse Hinrichs
Dr. Jesse Hinrichs has served on the TEN board for 12 years. He is a professional educator who has been a high school teacher, principal and college professor. He grew up in a Christian family and made a personal commitment to Christ when a young man and has been involved in ministry most his life. He says, “I love the ministry of TEN because it is so organic and effective in reaching village pastors and helping them in their ministry. The African leadership is amazing and successful in managing these seminars to accommodate so many pastors”.

Bruce Jahnke
Bruce Jahnke came to faith in Jesus Christ as a first-year student at college. He was discipled and trained to disciple for four years. Following college he taught high school, led Bible Studies and youth ministries, started Christian schools, was called to the pastorate and later helped plant churches. Dr. Larson, a member of his church, invited Bruce to help form a ministry in French speaking Africa and he has served on the board since then.

Tom Johnson
Tom Johnson has served on the TEN board since its inception in 2001. Tom is a CPA and currently serves as the Managing Partner of Boulay PLLP, a Minneapolis based Public Accounting Firm. Tom has served on multiple non-profit organization boards, including his local church and on the Board of a Christian School. Tom says “ it has been a privilege and blessing to serve on the TEN board, advancing TEN’s mission while meeting and learning from our African Team”

Andrew Larson
Dr. Andrew Larson first visited Africa as a youth on family trips to Congo in the 1970’s. During college he served on a summer mission with Sudan Interior Mission in the Niger Republic. He also worked for two years in the 1990’s for World Relief in Burkina Faso. Andrew is a trade and development economist, has taught university level economics, and works in the field of utility regulation. He is delighted to serve Jesus and His grassroots churches across Africa as a TEN board member.

Barbara Rightler
Barbara has served in church ministry her entire life. She is a vocational church keyboard musician. Barbara’s husband, Jim has held various pastoral roles and worked in Christian college administration. Barbara also worked in those ministries and others. The Rightlers have four wonderful adult children and spouses who live nearby with their eleven delightful grandchildren! Serving alongside the godly, capable leaders in Africa through the ministry of TEN has enriched Barbara’s spiritual life greatly. It is her joy to support them in every way possible.

Katrina Wolinski
Katrina Wolinski is the President of the TEN-RTF Board. Her past work experience includes software development, technical writing, and management. She has also volunteered at an adult education center and a local pregnancy center. Previously a member of Wycliffe Bible Translators, Katrina currently serves on the Board of Harvest Bridge. She has long loved people from other cultures and Jesus, so the opportunity to serve TEN-RTF is a huge privilege.

Patti Deeney
Patti Deeney has worked for TEN for ten years as the office manager. She also worked for TEN's founder, Dr. Larson, during those years. Patti grew up in a Christian family and has had a personal commitment to Christ her entire life. She is very involved in her church where her many volunteer activities include being a member of the Finance Committee, responsibility for all of the money collections from the weekend services and hospital ministry. Patti is very honored to work for TEN as it fits so well with her passion to have the word of Jesus Christ spread to all non-believers. Patti lives with her husband in Plymouth Minnesota.
